Shipping


We currently ship via Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping w/ signature confirmation Once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Once the package is with USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. $50 insurance is included. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD MORE INSURANCE. You are to contact USPS if you suspect your package is missing.




Returns


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.




Changed or Cancelled Orders


We cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. This includes adding a discount. PLEASE BE SURE TO GO OVER YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE ORDERING




Custom Wig Orders


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no cancellations or refunds once your order is placed. SHIPPING INFORMATION If you purchased the Custom Wig service and you will be sending in hair, we will send you the mailing address via email after your order is placed. SHIPPING CONTENTS, INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS, AND INSTRUCTIONS If you're not purchasing hair from us, you will need to send us the hair for your custom unit. Please ensure that you include your closure/frontal. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SENDING GOOD QUALITY HAIR. Royaltee Crown offers premium raw & virgin bundles, closures, and frontal. We recommend purchasing from us.

If you are sending in previously installed hair, please cleanse the hair prior to shipping. You will also need to include an insert in your package that includes the details listed below. Please have the lengths labeled on your bundles. You should include: Your name and address Your mobile phone number Your contact e-mail address If your hair seems low quality to Royaltee Crowns standards, your wig will be deep conditioned once constructed and sent back in its natural state. We will not use any hot tools any kind of low-quality hair.
By placing an order/sending hair to Royaltee Crowns, you have acknowledged that you have read and agreed to all terms that are provided on the website. Once your order is placed and received online, we will email you the mailing address so that you may send us your hair.
Please send us an email contact@royalteecrowns.com with your tracking number information upon shipment of your package. Once your package has been received by us, you will receive images of your hair and package contents via email displaying and confirming your shipment arrival and the condition it was received within 24-48 hours

All turn around times starts from the date your hair is received if your payment has been made. If payment is not made but hair is received, turn around times will start from the date your payment was made. Procesing times for all units are 14-21 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Shipping is 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for USPS delays

If your hair was received in decorative boxes, they will not be returned.

Royaltee Crowns is not responsible for shipping delays with USPS.

Please plan accordingly when sending content for your wig unit. In the event, you require your wig unit by a specific or urgent deadline. You must contact us in advance to receive confirmation of approval to meet your specific timeline. Failure to do to will result in you not having a unit completed in time. It is highly recommended to insure your package for the full amount that you paid for the purchase of your hair in the event of loss and damage by the courier. Also, add signature confirmation to ensure that your hair is received by respective personnel. Royaltee Crowns will not be responsible for loss, stolen, or damaged goods. All wig units are return shipped via United States Postal Services with signature confirmation and $50 insurance. Please contact us if you'd like to purchase additional insurance. We will not be responsible for loss, damage, or delays for return shipments once shipped. You will need to contact USPS. Once you receive your unit, please inspect it immediately. If by chance you received your unit and it does not fit, a video call will be scheduled to recheck your measurements. If the issue is with you sending the incorrect measurements, there will be a $125 reconstruction fee. If I am at fault, the reconstruction fee will be WAIVED and the unit will be remade, free of charge. You will need to ship the unit back to us. You will be responsible for covering the cost of all shipping fees.
